Curbside Pickup Instructions
We’re here to ensure you get what you need to keep your business running.
As part of our commitment to ensuring the community’s health and safety, we’ve temporarily closed our in-showroom shopping experience.
Instead, we’re offering curbside pickup services for orders placed online, through the phone or email. After you order your item, come down to the store and we’ll make sure you get what you need safely.
If you’re not feeling well, or are recommended to be in quarantine, you can still get the things you need by ordering from Nationaleventsupply.com and having them delivered to your business or doorstep.
Here's how it works to order online:
1. Reserve the product you want online and pick-up
Find the product you want to order online, add to your cart, click check out and when it asks for shipping address, click 'Pickup Here' for our Toronto, or Vancouver area warehouses. Enter your payment information and confirm your order.
2. We’ll email you a confirmation
As soon as you have checked out, you will receive a confirmation email. This is confirmation that we have received the order.
3. We’ll email you that your order is ready for pick up
Once our warehouse has picked your order, you will receive an email that your order is ready for pick up.
4. Pick-up
After you’ve received your confirmation, head to your selected warehouse with your ID, and email confirmation. At the Toronto warehouse, park in the designated parking spots and call the number indicated. A staff member will be out shortly to check your ID and load your order into your vehicle.
At the Vancouver warehouse, tell them you’re picking up from National Event Supply along with your order number (invoice #). It will be loaded into your vehicle and you can be on your way.
Here’s how it works to order through phone:
1. Call 905-795-1667 or 1-800-827-8953
Speak with our customer service representatives and let them know the product you want to pick up, the warehouse you would like to pick up at, as well as if you have a pick up date or time request.
2. Provide your payment information
We are currently accepting credit card and e-transfers for contactless payment options.
3. We’ll email you once your order is ready for pick up
As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email that your order is ready to pick up at the warehouse of your choice.
4. Pick-up

Provide the products and quantities you want to pick up, the warehouse you would like to pick up at, as well as if you have a pick up date or time request.
2. We’ll email you a quote
A quote will be emailed to you with the order total along with instructions for paying via credit card or e-transfer. Once payment has been sent, our warehouse will begin processing your order
3. We’ll email you once your order is ready for pick up
As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email that your order is ready to pick up at the warehouse of your choice.
