Standing 27" tall, this food-grade stainless steel fountain is perfect for events of up to 125 guests, and can be used with other melted items such as cheese fondue, butter scotch, caramel, or other tasty treats.
The 27" Chocolate Fountain is easy to set-up and take down. Weighing in at 40 pounds, the 27" Chocolate Fountain features a 10.5" base with a 1 hp (115v .46amp) direct drive motor. The fountain tiers slide on and off easily, and are held in place with O-rings. The precision stainless steel auger recirculates the warm chocolate up through the fountain and back down over the stainless steel tiers. When you are finished using the chocolate fountain, you can put it away in the included hard-sided carrying case.
Cleaning Instructions:
- The upper tier unit and auger disassemble for easy cleaning.
- Remove the top cap, stainless steel auger, outer tube and tiers and place in dishwasher for cleaning and sterilization.
