Since we started carrying wedding chair covers we’ve been expanding our offering. We started with spandex banquet chair covers and polyester banquet chair covers and have since expanded to spandex folding chair covers, ruched spandex banquet chair covers and gold metallic chair sashes. Because we’ve had such success with our chair covers we are able to provide you, the customer, with a deeper discount, because we’re ordering more volume of products.

I’m pleased to announce all wedding chair covers have had a pricing decrease implemented on them – saving you some money! We’ve also introduced volume discounted pricing for all event tablecloths and chair covers within the last 6 months.

Pricing has decreased between 10-15% for most of the chair covers.

There are a ton of different wedding chair covers available in the marketplace today. Ruched spandex chair covers, spandex chair covers, polyester chair covers, scuba chair covers – the list goes on and on. Because of how many different wedding chair covers exist, understanding the differences between them can be confusing. Here’s the difference between scuba chair covers and spandex chair covers.

Scuba Chair Covers:

• Thicker fabric
• Covers chair fabric better
• Less stretch (less spandex)
• More expensive
• Wrinkle resistant
• Tends to be used in hotels and banquet halls

Spandex Chair Covers:

• Thinner fabric
• Allows chair fabric to show in certain instances
• More stretch
• Less expensive
• Wrinkle resistant
• Tends to be used by party rental companies

As many of you know we’ve been expanding our event linen stock for over a year now. We brought in Spun Polyester, and added chair covers in polyester, spandex, and spandex ruched. We have also been adding to the different colours we offer – specifically in the most popular size spandex cocktail tablecover – the 30 inch.

I’m pleased to announce we’ve added 3 new colours to our current 11 colour offerings in 30 inch spandex cocktail table covers.

They are made of 190 gsm spandex and feature reinforced feet to avoid any tearing or ripping occurring. Pricing starts at $23.50 for 1-29, $22.90 for 30 – 49, $22.29 for 50-99 and $21.69 for 100+.

Last year we brought in wedding chair covers in both spandex and polyester. This helped banquet halls, golf courses and hotels extend their banquet chair investment while rental companies could have another option to upsell brides on. The chair covers were available in the more neutral colours of white and black.

This year we’re continuing to expand our tablecloth / chair cover inventory. We decided to venture into offering a little more colour. You heard it here first…

I’m pleased to announce that coming at the end of January are Metallic Chair Sashes.

Available in gold metallic, these chair sashes give an extra oomph to white or black spandex chair covers. Gold continues to be hot colour in the special event industry and these metallic chair sashes would complement gold rimmed dinnerware or gold flatware perfectly.

A lot of our customers buy large quantities of our inventory items in order to service special events such as weddings, corporate meetings, conferences etc. Because of this, we tailored our event chairs & folding table pricing to reflect the need to buy in volume.

Two years ago, we introduced event tablecloths in polyester and spandex fabrics. The tablecloths have been one of our best new products launched and have been sold extensively throughout the country. We’ve also made product adjustments (specifically surrounding spandex tablecloths) based on customer feedback to improve the product’s functionality and make it easier for customers to use.

We’ve been asked over the past two years whether discounts could be offered for buying our event tablecloths in bulk. At the time our answer was unfortunately no. But I’m happy to announce that we’ve now built in volume pricing for all event tablecloths – spun polyester tablecloths, polyester tablecloths, spandex tablecloths, table skirting and wedding chair covers.

The greater the volume of these event tablecloths you require, the cheaper the cost per product will become.
